DT: THE CALLER SAID THAT WHILE DRIVING CHILD SAFETY SEAT FLIPPED TO THE SIDE AND THE CHILD WAS UPSIDE DOWN. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. THE LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED THE CALLER TOOK PICTURES OF THE CHILD INJURD. . THE CALLER INSTALLIED THE SEAT CORRECTLY. MANUFACTURER HAS NOT BEEN CONTACTED YET.*AK
