## Narrative
POORLY DESIGNED HEADLIGHTS THAT WERE UPGRADED BY LINCOLN IN 1996 THE UPGRADE SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETROFIT INTO THE 1993-1995 CARS. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE ALONG THE SAME LINES AS MAKING ANTILOCK BRAKES OPTIONAL. SAFETY FEATURES ARE NOT OPTIONS! *NM
