LTR ON BEHALF OF (FL) RE FREIGHTLINER HAS DESIGNED AN ENGINE TOO SMALL FOR THE TRUCK, IT ALLOWS CARBON MONOXIDE TO SLOWLY LEAK INTO THE TRUCK CAB.  *TS  THE CONSUMER PASSED OUT AT THE WHEEL AND WENT DOWN A 12-FOOT EMBANKMENT. HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING.  *JB
