DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE WAS BROADSIDED ON THE DRIVER SIDE.  THE SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY.  MINOR INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED BY THE DRIVER AND A POLICE REPORT WAS TAKEN.  THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A JUNK YARD.  THE DEALER WAS NOT ALERTED.
