TL*-  WHILE DRIVING 40-45 MPH THE 2004 FORD F-150 WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL IMPACT THAT TORE THE ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OFF. THE DRIVER'S  SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG  DEACTIVATED.  NO WARNING AIR BAG INDICATOR LIGHTS WERE PRESENT.  THE CONTACT HAS COPIES OF THE POLICE REPORT. *AK
