TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A GRACO SNUGRIDE CHILD SEAT, MODEL NUMBER 8465LRD3.  WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE CONTACT WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH AND THE CHILD SEAT FAILED.  THE HARNESS BUCKLE UNLATCHED FROM THE SEAT, ALLOWING THE CHILD TO COME OUT OF THE SEAT.  THE CHILD WAS INJURED.  A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED.  THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT BEEN NOTIFIED.
