I WAS REARENDED IN MY 2005 SCION TC, BY A 2003 FORD EXPLORER AND PUSHED(SANDWICHED) INTO AN F350 TRUCK IN FRONT.  THE CAR WAS TOTALED.  THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATBELTS DID NOT LOCK.  *TR
