CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN A 10 MPH FRONTAL CRASH IN WHICH THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DEPLOYED BUT DID NOT INFLATE,  CAUSING THE  VEHICLE TO BECOME FILLED WITH SMOKE.  PLEASE GIVE FURTHER DETAILS.   *AK
