I SLIDE ON ICE GOING ABOUT 30MPH SLIDE UP EMBANKMENT AND MY BLAZER ROLLED ONTO THE ROOF. THE GARCO INFANT SNUG RIDE CAR SEAT RELEASED FROM THE CARSEAT BASE MAKEING MY BABY SLIDE ACROSS THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAR. SHE WAS OK. I ALWAYS CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT CAN NOT BE LIFTED FROM THE BASE , THE HANDLE IS LOCKED, AND THE BELT IS STILL SNUG AND SUCURE ON THE BASE. *TR
