2008 BLUE BIRD BUS WITH CUMMINS DIESEL ENGINE.  DRIVER STATES THAT THE BUS WAS HIT ON THE LEFT REAR SIDE BY AN SUV AT A HIGH SPEED.   ALSO FROM THAT MOMENT OF IMPACT THE RPM'S SHOT UP TO 3000+ RPM'S  RUNNING OUT OF CONTROL FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS .   *NJ
