WHILE DRIVING APPLIED THE BRAKES SUDDENLY AND VEHICLE WAS SLOWING DOWN.  BUT ONCE VEHICLE WAS IN THE GRASS WHERE IT  ENDED UP,  THE BRAKES SHUT DOWN AND VEHICLE NEVER STOPPED, CAUSING VEHICLE TO HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE.   *AK
