CAR WAS RAMMED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY VEHICLE. THE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND MY SEAT BELT DID NOT HOLD ME BACK. I WAS THROWN FORWARD AGAINST THE STEERING WHEEL AND SERIOUSLY INJURED, THOUGH NOT PERMANENTLY. BOTH CARS WERE TOTALED. *TR
