TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS. HE STATED THAT HE HIT A DEER IN DECEMBER OF 2009 AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. HE DROVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THE DEALER SAID THEY WOULD ORDER A NEW AIR BAG FOR HIM. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART IS ON BACK ORDER. THE CONTACT STATED IT HAD BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE THE DEALER ORDERED THE PART. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
