ON 7/1/2010 AT APPROXIMATELY 2015 HOURS WHILE RIDING ON RT 522 MANALPAN NEW JERSEY THE FRAME ON MY 2003 RIDLEY MOTORCYCLE FAILED (COLLAPSED) AT THE WELD CAUSING THE BIKE TO COLLIDE WITH THE PAVEMENT CAUSING INJURIES TO MY NECK AND BACK. *TR
