I WAS DRIVING ON AN OFF RAMP WHEN MY CAR SUDDENLY STALLED AND WOULD NOT START AGAIN.  I WAS REAR ENDED AND THE CAR WAS TOTALED.  I WAS INJURED AND SUFFERED BACK AND NECK PAIN. *TR
