TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH A VEHICLE REAR ENDED HIM. THE DRIVER SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY BUT THE PASSENGER SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAG DID. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AS A RESULT. FOUR PEOPLE SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT FILED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 11,940.
