REAR AND FRONT COLLISION. FRONT IMPACT AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. INDICATOR LIGHT FOR AIR BAGS CAME ON. SENSORS WERE DEFECTIVE. THEY HAD TO BE REPLACED. VEHICLE SUSTAINED DAMAGE, & PASSENGER SUSTAINED MAJOR INJURY, DRIVER MODERATE INJURY. *TR
