TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A DISLOCATED SHOULDER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 13,000.
