CONSUMER STATED CHEVROLET CRUZE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT, COULD NOT STOP. IT CRASHED INTO A FORD EXPEDITION. THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY.
