Heaviest\nrainfall is expected from Monday afternoon through Monday night\nassociated with the second front as it pushes into the southern\npanhandle. Rain rates up to 0.10 to 0.15 inch per hour are possible\nas this heavier band moves through. At this time, the highest\nconfidence for seeing these higher rain rates is for Annette Island\nand Ketchikan.\n\nRainfall totals for Monday are expected to be between 1.75 and 2.75\ninches in 24 hours for Annette Island and Ketchikan, and between\n1.00 and 2.00 inches in 24 hours for Prince of Wales Island.\nLocalized areas may see either higher or lower amounts due to the\nterrain influence.\n\nAdditional information will be provided as confidence increases on\nevent timing and precipitation totals as it gets closer to Sunday\nnight."}
