This\ndisturbance will remain quasi-stationary for the next 24 to 48 hours\nas it slowly develops. Early this weekend, 90W may lift northward\nsomewhere between Chuuk and Pohnpei.\n\nThis disturbance is generating numerous to widespread showers,\nisolated thunderstorms and gusty winds across Chuuk and eastern Yap\nStates. These conditions will shift northward in the coming days.\nSustained winds of 15 to 20 mph, with gusts to 30 mph are possible.\n\nPOTENTIAL RAINFALL TOTALS FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY (JULY 17-20):\n\nChuuk: 5 to 8 inches\nNamoluk: 4 to 7 inches\nLosap: 4 to 7 inches\nFananu:5 to 8 inches\nOnoun:4 to 7 inches\nPolowat: 4 to 7 inches\nPikelot: 3 to 6 inches\nSatawal:3 to 6 inches\nOlimarao 3 to 6 inches\nGaferut: 3 to 6 inches\nIfalik: 2 to 5 inches\nFaraulep: 2 to 5 inches\n\nLocally heavier rainfall is possible depending on the evolution of\nInvest 90W in the coming days.
