Rain should\ncontinue through Wednesday morning with storm total rainfall of up to\n2 inches expected. With already saturated ground conditions across\nthe region, the heavy rain may cause minor pooling/ponding of water\nbeginning on Tuesday.\n\nMainstem river flooding is not expected, but high water levels and\nbankfull conditions are likely through the week as area rivers\nrespond to the rain.
