Overflowing poor\ndrainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 249 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 0.75 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. This area has\nreceived heavy rain over the past 24 hours, making the ground\nsaturated.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the\narea.
