Thunderstorms will develop late Wednesday night\nand move from south to north across the area.\n\n* OUTFLOW WINDS...Any storms that develop will be capable of\ngusty and erratic outflow winds between 25 and 30 miles per\nhour. Outflow winds can occur ahead of and behind storms and\ncause erratic wind directions.\n\n* TEMPERATURES...Up to 98.\n\n* TIMING...4 PM PDT this afternoon to 10 PM PDT Thursday\nafternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...Lightning in dry fuels can cause multiple fire\nstarts. Thunderstorms can also bring sudden sharp wind shifts\non existing fires, causing rapid changes in a fire's rate of\nspread and direction of spread. Thunderstorm outflow winds can\nbe a threat for several hours following the start of a new\nlightning- caused fire. If a fire were to begin, air quality\nmay diminish in the surrounding area.\n\n* IMPACTS...Scattered lightning in dry fuels can cause multiple\nfire starts.
