Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have\nfallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the\nwarned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing\nflash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban\nareas, highways, streets and underpasses.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nPatagonia, Sonoita, Elgin and Patagonia Lake State Park.\n\nThis includes the following highways...\nRoute 82 between mile markers 15 and 36. Route 83 between mile\nmarkers 25 and 35.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nBe aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.\n\nIn hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are\npotentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded\nroads. Find an alternate route.\n\nFlooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where\nyou are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become\nkillers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or\ncreeks."}
