At 5:54 PM, storm\nchasers reported a tornado and damage east of Winifred.\n\nIMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without\nshelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage\nto roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is\nlikely.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nFrankfort, Axtell, Beattie, Summerfield, Vermillion, and Baileyville.\n\n## Instructions\nTo repeat, a tornado is on the ground.
