A Red Flag Warning\nremains in effect for much of central and southwest Minnesota into\nthis evening.\n\nAny small amount of moisture increase associated with the front will\nbe short lived as northwest winds bring lower dew points back into\nMinnesota and Wisconsin Friday. Temperatures Friday are forecast to\nbe in the 80s area wide, leading to RH values falling below 20\npercent. The winds are not expected to be quite as strong as\nThursday, but look to remain high enough for critical fire weather. A\nRed Flag Warning remains in effect for Friday Afternoon across\nportions of central and western Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Brown, Watonwan, and Martin.\n\n* TIMING...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.\n\n* WINDS...South winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Around 25 percent.\n\n* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
