Low-water\ncrossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will\ntake several hours for all the water from these storms to work\nthrough local drainage systems.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 654 PM EDT, Emergency management reported numerous flooded\nroadways in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this\nmorning. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain\nhave fallen.
