Isolated to scattered thunderstorm coverage\nin the Olympics capable of producing frequent lightning. Timing\non thunderstorm development will be early Thursday morning and\nagain in the afternoon.\n\n* OUTFLOW WINDS...Any storms that develop will be capable of gusty\nand erratic outflow winds between 35 and 50 miles per hour.\nOutflow winds can occur ahead of and behind storms and cause\nerratic wind directions.\n\n* IMPACTS...Scattered lightning in dry fuels can cause multiple\nfire starts. Thunderstorms can also bring sudden sharp wind\nshifts on existing fires, causing rapid changes in a fire's rate\nof spread and direction of spread. Thunderstorm outflow winds\ncan be a threat for several hours following the start of a new\nlightning-caused fire. If a fire were to begin, air quality may\ndiminish in the surrounding area. Very warm weather Friday into\nnext week increases the chances of increased fire activity on\npotential new starts from Thursday's lightning activity.\n\n## Instructions\nA Fire Weather Watch means that there is a potential for critical\nfire weather conditions to develop. Monitor the forecasts for\npossible Red Flag Warnings."}
