This\nwill pose a moderate risk of heat-related illness.\n\n* WHERE...Eastern Kitsap County, Eastern Strait of Juan de Fuca,\nLowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties,\nLowlands of Western Whatcom County, Northern Hood Canal, Port\nTownsend Area, Southern Hood Canal, Downtown Everett / Marysville\nArea, and Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area.\n\n* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Tuesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat will significantly increase the risk of\nheat-related illnesses for those who are sensitive to heat,\nespecially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The warmest daytime high temperatures are\nexpected Monday afternoon and the warmest overnight lows are\nexpected Monday night into Tuesday morning.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and\npets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any\ncircumstances.\n\nTake extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. When\npossible reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or\nevening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat\nstroke.
