This\nwill pose a moderate risk of heat-related illness.\n\n* WHERE...Foothills of the Western and Southern Olympic Peninsula,\nLake Crescent Area Including US 101, and Lower Chehalis River\nValley.\n\n* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Tuesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat will significantly increase the risk of\nheat-related illnesses for those who are sensitive to heat,\nespecially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas away from water may see localized areas\nof major HeatRisk.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and\npets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any\ncircumstances.\n\nTake extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. When\npossible reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or\nevening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat\nstroke.
