Storms will be\ncapable of frequent lightning, gusty outflow winds, and only\nsporadic wetting rains. While the thunderstorm threat will end by\nFriday and Saturday, hot, dry, and windy conditions will develop,\nprimarily across southeast Oregon and the higher terrain of\nsouthwest Idaho.
