For the Heat Advisory, heat index\nvalues up to 109 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest\nAlabama and southern middle Tennessee.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 7 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 PM CDT Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\nheat stroke.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
