For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to 1.7 ft of\ninundation above ground level is possible in low-lying areas\nnear shorelines and tidal waterways.\n\n* WHERE...Pacific Coast.\n\n* WHEN...For the Beach Hazards Statement, through Friday\nafternoon. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM Saturday\nto 4 AM PDT Wednesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Dangerous conditions are forecast along the shoreline.\nHazards include sneaker waves, strong rip currents, and large\nbreaking waves. High tide flooding of lots, parks, and roads\nwith only isolated road closures expected.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At the San Francisco tidal gauge, high tide\nis expected to be 1.5 ft above normal (7.3 ft MLLW) at 9:11 PM\n7/11, 1.7 ft above normal (7.5 ft MLLW) at 10:06 PM 7/12, 1.7 ft\nabove normal (7.5 ft MLLW) at 11:01 PM 7/13, 1.6 ft above normal\n(7.4 ft MLLW) at 11:55 PM 7/14. These predictions include both\nastronomical tides and roughly 3-6 inches of additional water\nmainly from a combination of thermal expansion and accumulated\nsea level rise since the tidal datum was established\n(1983-2001). High tide varies up to 90 minutes earlier or later\nalong the Pacific Coast and through the San Francisco Bay,\nrespectively.\n\n## Instructions\nStay off of jetties, piers, rocks, and other waterside\ninfrastructure. Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous surf\nand NEVER turn your back on the ocean. Monitor local weather,\nsurf and tide forecasts at www.weather.gov/mtr.\n\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of\nunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone\nproperty."}
