The thunderstorms\nare expected to be a mix of wet and dry. Expect gusty and erratic\nwinds up to 45 mph in the vicinity of these thunderstorms.\n\nMore thunderstorms are expected Thursday afternoon in eastern\nOregon.\n\nThe National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag\nWarning for lightning, which is in effect from noon MDT /11 AM\nPDT/ to 9 PM MDT /8 PM PDT/ Thursday. A Fire Weather Watch has\nalso been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for wind and low\nhumidity from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather Zones 673 Central\nCanyonlands, 674 Northwestern Vale BLM and 675 Baker Valley.\n\n* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from noon MDT /11 AM PDT/\nto 9 PM MDT /8 PM PDT/ Thursday.
