The thunderstorms\nare expected to be a mix of wet and dry. Expect gusty and erratic\nwinds up to 45 mph in the vicinity of these thunderstorms.\n\nMore thunderstorms are expected Thursday afternoon in eastern\nOregon.\n\nThe National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather\nWatch for wind and low humidity, which is in effect from Friday\nafternoon through Saturday evening.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 401 Western\nPayette National Forest, 402 Eastern Payette National Forest\nand 423 Owyhee Mountains.\n\n* TIMING...From Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.\n\n* THUNDERSTORMS...None.\n\n* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread\nquickly.
