Downed trees are also possible due to\nthe combination of strong winds and saturated soils from expected\nexcessive rainfall.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An unseasonably strong North Pacific low will\nbring very gusty east to northeasterly winds to Kodiak Island and\nthe surrounding coastal waters this morning through Tuesday. The\nstrongest winds and gusts are expected between this morning and\nlate tonight, with widespread wind gusts near 60 mph possible.\nWind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected to persist into Tuesday\nbefore slowly diminishing Tuesday night.\n\n## Instructions\nWinds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high\nprofile vehicles.
