Expect wind damage to\nroofs, siding, and trees.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nSt. Francis, Bird City, and Wheeler.\n\n## Instructions\nA Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northwestern\nKansas.\n\nFor your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a\nbuilding.\n\nWind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning.\nDo not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover.
