The excessive\nrain will lead to increased chances for flash flooding. The heavy\nrain will also lead to significant flow in area washes, creeks, and\nrivers.\n\n* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following\nareas, Baboquivari Mountains, Catalina and Rincon Mountains, South\nCentral Pinal County, Southeast Pinal County, Tohono O'odham\nNation, Tucson Metro Area and Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar\nValley.\n\n* WHEN...Through late tonight.\n\n* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,\ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Daytime heating will combine with a very moist atmosphere to\nproduce scattered showers and thunderstorms which will be capable\nof very heavy rain. Storms will continue after sunset.
