The strongest\nwinds are expected for areas adjacent to bodies of water.\n\n* WHEN...From 2 PM Wednesday to 8 PM EDT Thursday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree\nlimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong coastal low will develop offshore\neast of the Carolinas and move north towards the New England coast\nby this weekend.
