In west central Arizona, Oak Creek and Sycamore\nCanyons, Yavapai County Mountains and Yavapai County Valleys and\nBasins.\n\n* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Flash flooding will be possible in creeks, normally dry\nwashes, swimming holes, and over recently burned areas. Low-water\ncrossings may be flooded.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Abundant monsoon moisture is in place.
