The severe thunderstorm was nearly\nstationary.\n\nHAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage\nvessels and oil rigs...and create suddenly higher waves.\nSmall craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and\nsuddenly higher waves.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nCat Island, Long Beach, Pass Christian, Biloxi, and Gulfport.\n\n## Instructions\nStrong winds will be dangerous for boaters or anyone near the water.\nBoaters should avoid waterspouts and never navigate near them.
