Fires will catch\nand spread rapidly and erratically.\n\n* Thunderstorms...Storms are expected to remain to the southern\nregion of Zones 230 with a few lightning strikes and up to a 10%\nchance of dry lightning expected late this afternoon.\n\n* Outflow Winds...Localized and distant storms can both produce\noutflow winds up to 60 mph. These winds can be sudden and lead\nto very quick wind shifts. Virga, or wisps under storm clouds,\nwill be the first warning sign that these winds could be\npossible.\n\n## Instructions\nA Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions\nare either occurring now, or will shortly.
