Relative humidity values will fall to\n25 to 30 percent across portions of Minnesota during the afternoon. A\nRed Flag Warning has been issued for western Minnesota.\n\nAny small amount of moisture increase associated with the front will\nbe short lived as northwest winds bring lower dew points back into\nMinnesota and Wisconsin Friday. Temperatures Friday are forecast to\nbe in the 80s area wide, leading to RH values falling below 20\npercent. The winds are not expected to be quite as strong as\nThursday, so have maintained a Fire Weather Watch for now.\n\nThe National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a Red Flag\nWarning in effect from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Thursday.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of central, southwest, and west central\nMinnesota.\n\n* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Thursday.\nFor the Fire Weather Watch, from Friday morning through Friday\nevening.\n\n* WINDS...For the Red Flag Warning south winds 20 to 30 mph with\ngusts up to 45 mph, and for the Fire Weather Watch west winds 15 to\n25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning Around 25 percent, and\nfor the Fire Weather Watch Around 15 to 20 percent.\n\n* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
