Relative humidity values will fall to\n25 to 30 percent across portions of Minnesota during the afternoon. A\nRed Flag Warning has been issued for western Minnesota.\n\nAny small amount of moisture increase associated with the front will\nbe short lived as northwest winds bring lower dew points back into\nMinnesota and Wisconsin Friday. Temperatures Friday are forecast to\nbe in the 80s area wide, leading to RH values falling below 20\npercent. The winds are not expected to be quite as strong as\nThursday, so have maintained a Fire Weather Watch for now.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of central and east central Minnesota.\n\n* TIMING...From Friday morning through Friday evening.\n\n* WINDS...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Around 15 to 20 percent.\n\n* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
