Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of\nrain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected\nover the area. This additional rain will result in minor\nflooding.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nAtwood, Herndon, Ludell and Blakeman.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
