Between 2\nand 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1\ninch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already\noccurring.\n\nHAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.\n\nSOURCE...Broadcast media reported.\n\nIMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,\nhighways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor\ndrainage and low-lying areas.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nBaton Rouge, Baker, Merrydale, Westminster, Inniswold, Central,\nShenandoah, Brownfields, Old Jefferson and Baton Rouge Airport.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
