Also, including Interior Central Coast.\n\n* WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT this evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...This level of heat affects most individuals sensitive to\nheat, especially those without effective cooling and/or adequate\nhydration. Impacts possible in some health systems and in\nheat-sensitive industries.\n\n## Instructions\nHydration is a critical piece to surviving the heat. Drink water, and\nif possible, take water to those who are vulnerable.\n\nBeat the heat and check the backseat!
