Several roads are\nimpassible and multiple evacuations from houses are occurring.\nBetween 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall\namounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash\nflooding is already occurring.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing\nflash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Law enforcement reported.\n\nIMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,\nurban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nWhitesville, Alma, Stannards and Paynesville.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
