Low lying areas and roads\nnear Nantucket Harbor, including Easy Street, may experience\npockets of shallow flooding less than one foot deep.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The exact timing for an approaching\ncoastal low pressure remains uncertain. That will become\nimportant for peak surge around the times of high tides.\nMultiple tide cycles will be impacted, which combined with\nstrong onshore flow may result in tides not lowering as well.\nBeach erosion will also be a concern, mainly for east-facing\nbeaches.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed.
